One of the recently launched residential projects is the Al-Habtoor Tower, a 3 billion USD megaproject that is set to be one of the tallest residential towers in the world. The project is located on Sheikh Zayed Road and is expected to stand 345 meters tall upon completion.

The project is scheduled to complete by the third quarter of 2026 and has more than 1,700 units. In a recent interview with the national news, a representative from Provident Real Estate, the sales project manager for the tower stated that more than 20% of the properties have already been sold.

“The launch of Al Habtoor Tower by one of the UAE's leading conglomerates gives further evidence of the demand for such premium landmark real estate in Dubai,” said Fintan Flannelly, head of developer sales at Allsopp & Allsopp in the same article published by the National News.
